"Called up to place a order was told 25 minutes so went in to the shop 30 minutes later to be told its in the oven will be a few more minutes. Waited another 30 minutes orders still not ready. Over heard the staff member taking the orders saying put the big pizzas in leave the small ones which I had ordered. So walked out without any food. Staff don't know anything about customer service and setting expectations. What a waisted trip. No apology whatsoever staff don't know how to talk to people with any respect no value for anybody time either."
"Not spicy enough , absolutely soggy - soaking wet onions rings , burger also was soggy and had wilted cucumbers . Some weird red sauce which was sweet and some whites sauce , which was watery yoghurt ! Ridiculous Pricy for the quality of food"
"My husband ordered two pizzas with fries. The pizzas were delivered without the fries. We rang them up and they made a lame excuse about the tablet crashing. I asked them to deliver the fries because we had paid for them but they refused saying they didn't have any drivers. This is absolutely appalling customer service. I will not be ordering from there again!"
