"I normally love this takeaway. Called tonight for delivery expecting 90 minute wait which was fine but over 2hr 30 mins later and food delivered cold. Very poor, only ordered spring rolls, mushroom curry, chowmein and chips, surely this a) shouldn't take almost 3 hours and b)should at least be hot when delivered."
