"A friendly welcome and a good range of vegan foods, many gluten free too. Be aware though that hampers do not come well presented in wicker baskets as the pictures on the website show. A selection of products are provided in paper bags, still with the prices on. This is not ready to be given as a gift."

"The last two times I’ve bought vegan cheese from here it’s been out of date. Most recently today, I visited after calling ahead to check a certain cheese was in stock. I purchased two blocks of cheese and just as I was about to leave in the car and I realised the cheese was again 5 days out of date. I returned to the shop to address the situation and the owner said “well I’d eat it anyway,” this didn’t leave me feeling confident that the stock dates are monitored. I was disappointed as I’d been organised and rang ahead to check the stock before travelling as I wanted it as a treat for Christmas and I live 20 miles away. Unfortunately, this ended up being a wasted journey and waste of time and fuel (40 miles lost in total). The owner should really monitor the dates of stock more vigilantly. I also wasn’t offered any compensation for the hassle, however I was fully refunded in cash as the owner didn’t know how to refund using the card machine after I had paid by card. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but in this instance I was left unhappy, stressed, disappointed and out of pocket."

"A great vegan deli, worth making a trip to from Cardiff. There is a good range of cheeses, store-cupboard, chilled and freezer items. There are some great gluten free options too. We had a fab meal of purchased items to make up a cheese platter evening to enjoy in the warm weather! The vegan camembert and brie were particularly tasty! All food items on photos were purchased from Karrys."
