"Horrendous from start to finish. Restaurant was dirty, obviously under staffed, but for me the manager, Alexander's attitude was unacceptable. Waited an hour for desserts because they'd completely missed the order, only to find out they'd sold out of what we wanted in the meantime. Just all round rubbish experience, go to a different one"

"This has to be the worst Nando’s I have ever been too. Chicken breast pitta, cheese & grilled pineapple. For whatever reason I had diced Luke warm chicken. Not a full breast. Tiny bit of salad mix? I had non. Cheese on bottom of pitta not on top of chicken? Pineapple didn’t touch the grill. Over cooked chips. Was all horrible. Won’t be going back to this branch I must say."

"The food was tasty and juicy grilled chicken. The garlic bread was drowned in butter and was a bit hard.I recommend you to book a table and visit while going if it’s in rush hour it will be very hard to find tables if you are in a group. You are ordering everything via the app by scanning the bar code at the table or you can pre install the app in your phone. Don’t forget to put the correct table number or you food will be miss placed,of if you plan to change you should notify the staffs about changing the tables."

"Not impressed at all. This was our second visit and again it was ruined by staff's mistake. First of all table wasn't clean even though member just wiped in front of us. Order took over half hour and that is also after asking about it. They sent chicken burger for kids even though I ordered beany burger. And that took another 15 minutes. 2 stars for service and helpfulness by staff. Other than that this Nando’s in particular is not worth."
