"One of my current favourite locals. A very welcoming pub and restaurant. Whoever runs this is making a real effort. So manly little touches throughout make this place quite outstanding. A great menu with lots of variety and a few rare items on it too. The food is of good quality and is very reasonably priced. Lots of dining is available in covered area which is also really nice. We have visited with an elderly relative who has a wheelchair and the staff couldn't do enough to help. Service is very good and both friendly and professional. The Lime Tree is usually busy (I'm clearly not the only one who likes it there) but this has never had a negative effect on my experiences there. No reservations in recommending. Just make sure to book."
"Great pub and restaurant. Somethings didn't go as planned, missed desert, or forgot drinks, but the staff where quick to respond and made sure we had what we wanted. On one occasion I ordered the wrong desert and they swapped it no questions. Very quick with the food, there was 10 of us, and it all came out together. Very impressed with service and quality of food."
