"Staff like to assault customers when they ask the staff why they have parked in the disabled bay stopping folks that have a blue badge from using them. Sam the franchise owner assures me that he's told his staff not to park there but yet this evening they are doing it again. Don't take my word for it see the photos yourself."

We stood there and watched them make our order in front of us and the manager had the cheek to tell us that our food was ‘cooking twice’ and thats what is taking so long.
