"we decided to give pizza hut a try, a treat for the kids. I regret this now, order was delivered within the suggested time however was burnt, tasteless and definitely inedible. The pizzas, yes, both were dark from the bottom which clearly were burnt, the crusts were burnt and the pizza itself was dark, the cheese was browned to the point where the toppings were brown. The minute we open the box, the kids rejection was hard as we the adults could clearly see that the pizzas were unacceptable, the ice cream which came with a offer we selected was wrong. The delivery driver apologised however his job was to deliver not offer a apology. We called the branch from where we had received our food, the staff were rude, unhelpful and said next time they would offer us something which would compensate this experience. We said and even sent WhatsApp pictures to the manager who agreed the pizzas were burnt hwoever he was still adamant to give us something next time. We explained that the pizzas could not be eaten. And we would like a like for like replacement. The manager was rude about the ice cream as we ordered a ben and Jerry's and we got magnum berries. We returned the ice cream when our replacement pizzas were delivered. I told the delivery driver to tell the manager the ice cream was gor him since he made me feel belittled when he said it was free regardless of it being the wrong one that i ordered. This place is busy and the orders are thick and fast however popular, i certainly won't recommend or be ordering from there again."
