"It's Domino's. You know the pizza you're going to get. The difference comes down to service. We had a delivery tonight and, unfortunately, one of our pizzas wasn't what we ordered. Mistakes happen, and, from a business's perspective, what matters is how you deal with mistakes. I called straightaway, spoke with a very helpful lady who listened to me, understood the issue, and arranged for the correct pizza to be sent out as soon as they could. It arrived when they said it would and was spot on. 4 stars because there was an error, but it was fixed as best they could."
