"I started training with Tom a couple of months ago after suffering with knee tendon problems and tight hips - and am noticeably stronger and more flexible with a much greater range of movement and balance. This was something out of my comfort zone however, Dora was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Dora had created a plan for each session, We started at a level I felt comfortable and worked on it each week. I also had access to the online training plan and recipes via the app/website. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to improve there level of fitness!"
