"I believe the UoB education service is an obvious example of misselling! I paid a lot for a one-year program and it was meant to be an in-person program. However, more than half of our courses were held online. There was no opportunity for improving your connections, language, and interpersonal skills. Its facilities are terrible, accommodation is very competitive and even students are not allowed to use the lift and have to use the stairs to get to the fifth floor in the Wills Memorial Building. Waste of time and money."
