"I do not recommend sending your child here!! This school is terrible and gives detentions out without warning for the most pathetic reasons like forgetting a ruler for one day. This school also has a major bullying problem and doesn’t tend to sort issues unless the students parents get involved and they don’t take the students seriously. They say secondary school it to prepare you for working in later years however this school is nothing like working conditions, in a job they do not give you huge punishments for little things and these students are being taught that is not okay to ever make even the littlest of mistakes which I find to be stupid as everyone makes mistakes even in work environments. I know of multiple people who have been treated unfairly by this school and personally I think this needs to be addressed and action should be taken on this asap, they are extremely strict which is a hard change from primary to secondary and give out stupidly long detentions for little things such as taking in the corridor, forgetting a stationary object or a lanyard etc.. On top of this, this school has impossibly high expectations and force students to do a hour of homework per day as well as working from 8:20-4:20 on the average day and making them so multiple extra curricular activities."

"This school does nothing about there bulling problem. Even when it is said to the head of school, they act like no one has said anything. Every teacher in this school acts as if this is best school in Bristol but in fact just covers up every problem instead of dealing with it. They also expect so much from the pupils which is hard because it is a big change from primary to secondary. They make year 7 students work from 8.20 to 4.20 on top of this they get an hour of homework everyday, and give students detentions without warning for things like forget a ruler or talking in the corridor. These detention are usually 30 - 90 minutes long. On top of all this they give no support to any student even if they come to them with a concern they say they will do something about it but then never do."

"Allows racism to occur, and harrases young boys that speak up against it, while enabling the bullies."

"Young Sikh boy has been getting bullied over his turban, violent relentless attacks by his white peers onto him, they follow him home and harm him constantly, school has done nothing about it"
