"The staff was amazing. They explained to me all the repairs and changes they made. We brought two bikes to be fixed, a road and a mountain bike. The road bike had only a puncture in the rear tyre. But the mountain one had a lot of work to do on it. It took an entire week to fix both, and the surprise was that the road bike had more things to fix (they changed some pieces that could cause some issues in the future). Any small squeak or noise is gone. Now our bikes work much better than a new one."
