"Do not bother with this therapist. When I tried to book a place for my son she said she would refuse to read any background information that I wished to send, despite that the fact that I was desperate to find help for him. Something to do with 'client confidentiality', although my son is only 19 and I know how hard it could be for her to get information out of him. It seems that the industry protocols come above the patient's (my child's) needs. Avoid this jobsworth if you really know what is best for your own child!"
