"I have been using PillTime for 2 years and can honestly say that in all that time that PillTime have never let me down. If I've had occasion to call PillTime I have always been treated with respect,politeness and professionalism nothing has been too much trouble for them. The only time that my medication has been late was due to a Royal mail strike but as they are using Yodel now there no problems. From the day that I signed up with PillTime I have been able relax and stop worrying about my medication as I know that being with PillTime my medication will be delivered to my door at exactly the right time. I'll never leave PillTime because I can trust them implicitly and can relax knowing that my medication will arrive each month on time every time and at no charge to me whatsoever."
"I’m absolutely disgusted by the appalling service of this company. My mum takes a lot of tablets and this would have been perfect for her, however, they took so long actually putting the box together her prescription changed. The delivery date kept changing, and she was left short of medication that I had to get an emergency prescription. The telephone operators don’t know what they are doing, and don’t have access to the full account. I have now changed back to a regular pharmacy as I don’t trust this company."
"PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. As mentioned in many reviews you WON'T get your medication. I have to take 12 pills everyday. PillTime aren't interested, If you call them it will take 25 mins to speak to anyone. There online chat doesn't work !! . YOUR MEDICATION IS IMPORTANT PLEASE USE YOUR LOCAL PHARMACY its much easier and SAFER."
"Since signing up with PillTime they’ve managed to get one out of four prescriptions correct. I’ve had to chase them up in every other occasion as medication has been missed off the order. It takes at least 48 hours for them to reply to a message and there’s usually an interminable wait if you’re trying to call them. You’re held in a queue that has way too many people in it, so it’s clear that they don’t invest enough in customer service representatives. Despite assurances that they’d get the next order right it hasn’t happened yet. I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided, customer care and their attention to detail. Although correct medication can be a matter of life or death, the prevailing culture of the company seems to be way too casual. I had great hopes, but they’ve all been severely dashed with PillTime."
"Since this company have moved into new premises it has been a complete nightmare for me. They actually don’t care about life threatening or saving medications.They make out they can not get some medication from suppliers then when I ring other pharmacies they have no issues with any of the meds they claim to be in short supply. They can not deal with acute prescriptions and often miss items and just pacify you making out they are dealing with it then you still do not receive it. I have heart disease and diabetes along with mental health problems and various other conditions my medication is vital and they treat it like your ordering a pizza. It’s constant fear and stress on if I will receive correct prescription or indeed on time or even ever.. No one cares you wait half hour on telephone to be told same things over and over and still they do not get it right. When you complain to much their answer is we will put it back on spine and you can get it from local chemist a month after they suppose to supply it to you. The new one is we haven’t received a prescription or we are having problems getting supplies.. it’s all lies… My surgery confirmed they have received the prescription it goes via electronic means and is also showing on their portal as received. You can not mess about with peoples medications it is vital they are sent on time and correct. Communications is nil.. management are blind to customer needs and they need to sort this out neatly 7 months now this has been going on. Whoever was your relocation planner needs sacking because their logistic skills are that of a rocking horse… diabolical service forced to give a one star but in truth it’s minus 5 score."
