Reviews of Raglan Farm Park
"It is a wonderful place for families, lots of things for kids to enjoy - soft play areas, outside area is amazing for picnic, feed the animals - there is something for everyone highly recommend."
"Visited on a sunny but cold February Saturday. OK, so maybe not as many animals as you'd expect from a farm park but once the kids spotted the soft play areas and bouncy castles the animals were not a priority and more a hold up that mummy was trying to make them feed carrots to anyway, (they did stop and coo over the new lambs for a little while though). Plenty of parking which a member of staff was directing people to. Entry fee is pretty reasonable; once you're a family of 4 it become £5.50 a person and as you're paying for the kids to have the time of their lives it is worth every single penny. There as soft play areas for every age and confidence of child up to 10 years old, they vary in size and all have sufficient seating - mix of benches and leather sofas for parents to sit at whilst their little darlings run themselves out of every ounce of energy, there are also 4 indoor bouncy castles a trampoline and giant indoor sandpit. The buildings are farm buildings and whilst there are some heaters, if you're not lucky enough to be on the soft play then bring your big coat as it was a little chilly. There is a food stall which certainly did smell amazing and the menu looked fab but we didn't try on this occasion. There's also a hot drinks machine for £2 per drink. Toilets were clean and well stocked. Staff were constantly checking toilets, bins etc and it showed. Outside has go carts and little ride on tractors, swings, seesaws, zip wires and in the warmer months that's where the animals will be. There is also an awful lot of mud - it's a farm in the country side and it had rained. Wellies and puddlesuits on the kids and they were fine. There are plenty of picnic benches outside and the views are just lovely. There are astro turf paths outside so pushchairs can go anywhere."
"Visited the farm during the school holidays with a group of friends & our children. Everyone enjoyed. The farm is a lovely place with lots of things for children of all ages to do. There are 4 different indoor playareas & also outdoor zip wire along with lots of huge trampolines & several big bouncy castles. Plenty to choose from along with the animals to see & feed. Track ride is £1 pp which is lovely. Very big place & well looked after, very clean & tidy. Staff are lovely & friendly too. Good value for money. £1 for ice cream which is a generous size. Definitely recommend & can't wait to visit again."
"What a wonderful family day out. Everything was affordable, choice to buy food or plenty of room for picnics inside and outside. We spent the morning outside playing and feeding the animals. Bags of carrots available from reception area on arrival (50p a bag) the kids loved it. There were numerous soft play areas and indoor activities for children of all ages. The toilets were clean (which always makes a difference) each member of staff that we saw or spoke to were supper friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely day out."
