"Longleat customer services are simply non-existent. We tried calling multiple times and there is just no answer. We tried several of the 9 options given when you call and no one answered at all. For such a well known establishment, this is simply not good enough. We were planning a visit, but due to not being able to contact Longleat to ask a simple question we've not been able to go. Such a shame and such an incredibly easy thing to remedy but having someone actually answere phone calls!"
