Kay and Jamie seemed genuinely passionate about childcare and their communication was excellent. The food menu is one of the healthiest I’ve seen in nurseries too. "Richborough is a wonderful nursery. Our son has been going for a few months now and absolutely loves it. I honestly never thought he’d settle as he’d barely spent time away from me, but thanks to Kay’s careful and gentle method for getting him used to staff members one by one he came to love it very quickly. The staff are all lovely, the activities are varied and the food is great. I completely trust them to make the right calls for him day in day out but reach out when necessary. It’s a huge factor making us want to stay in the area!"

"Richborough Nursery is just incredible! Our son Leo attended this lovely home nursery for around a year and loved it there as a second family. Leo had really struggled to settle in at two different other places for more than a year, which was hard on us too. Kay was absolutely amazing: she walked us through the settling in process and gradually helped Leo grow his confidence at his own pace, while always being extremely flexible and communicative with us. After all we had been through beforehand, we couldn’t believe how quickly Leo started loving going to nursery every morning and flourishing there! As parents we have been impressed by Leo’s progress, both cognitively and emotionally, during the time he’s been at Richborough, and we are so appreciative of all the amazing, imaginative effort that Kay, Jamie and all the staff put to keep the children stimulated, healthy (their commitment to providing healthy food options is outstanding!) and happy. We honestly could not have found a better nursery for Leo and are so genuinely grateful to Kay, Jamie and all the staff at Richborough Nursery for their incredible work, commitment and open communication. "Richborough is a fantastic nursery with lovely, kind, and dedicated staff. We sent our daughter to Richborough for a year, from when she was 11 months and we had a fantastic experience. Our daughter loves going there and loves all of the staff. Kay, Jamie and their team have been amazing - their communication is always excellent, they keep us updated on progress, help guide us on things like potty training and behaviour and are always happy to help. We're moving house and are very sad to be leaving. We highly recommend the nursery!"

"Richborough nursery is an absolute gem of a find and I couldn’t rate it higher. Our toddler quickly warmed to Kay and Jamie, as did we, and we are extremely sad to be leaving them - they truly are a one of a kind team. The nursery is outstanding: we love the care Kay and the team provide, the healthy and varied food, the vast range of imaginative and educational activities both indoor and out, and how focussed they are on creating a happy, nurturing environment for the children. We struggled to find somewhere that felt right (or good enough) and I am forever grateful to have found Richborough. It is a growing and professionally run nursery, with a very special boutique and family feel to it. Communication has been easy, feedback is constant and care is of the highest standards.
