"Our experience with TLS has unfortunately been quite problematic and has involved a large amount of misinformation. The worst of which has been a breach of privacy to inspect the flat without our permission which has then resulted in us being asked to leave. Unfortunately they told us that the landlord made this decision however upon speaking to him directly he said this was actually not true and so we feel quite deceived. We have had our upstairs neighbour flood our bedroom and they claimed to have sent someone over to inspect however this did not happen. There is also a mould problem in the flat that hasn't been addressed and has been shifted on to us as the tenants despite our best efforts to tackle this, this has resulted in our clothes becoming very mouldy and some of our possessions being damaged. There is no carpet or insulation between us and the upstairs flat which has resulted in a lot of disputes around noise which we feel could have been avoided if the flat was kept to a proper living standard. All in all our experience has been quite terrible and communication has been even worse still. I would not recommend renting from this agency if you expect a good standard of property and a good relationship with the estate agents. Specifically also I want to say that as of now it wouldn't be a good idea for anyone to move into the flat we have been renting which is 94 Clouds hill road. I harbour no negative feelings towards them however I hope this might help someone avoid ending up in a similar predicament with them."
