"I frankly do not understand why some parents have chosen to give a low rating to this nursery. It is a great place to learn new things and the staff is always smiling, warm and welcoming. The COVID emergency has been dealt with extreme professionalism and my daughter resettled easily and has always been happy. The progress she has made is remarkable. She has become an extremely independent and confident little human and she is only (nearly) 18 months old. I will wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent who wants to receive the best possible level of care."

"My second son aged 4 goes to this nursery for nearly 2 years. I am so happy how warm and loving all the staff are , very welcoming , friendly and professional. Compare to other nurseries, we found that in general all the staff much more friendly. Manager Shukri is superb, always smiling and kind. Anthony is very helpful. My son is going to new school in September, we are going to miss the nursery, we had a wonderful experience."

"I am hoping this place has sorted itself out since we removed our child. I waited for a while to see how their new nursery fared against this one as we are new parents and weren't sure if we were being overly protective. Turns out we were 100% right removing them. On the first settling day they ended up with 3 choking hazards in their mouth in the 45 mins we were there. Credit to the staff, they fixed the probs but having to tell them was disheartening. The almost year there just got worse. An ever changing rotation of agency staff meant our child would be unsettled at times and the agency staff didn't know the kids. The final straw was when the room leader and another member of staff disappeared one day never to be seen again. After hassling the staff endlessly as to what had happened and where people were, the nursery finally relented and told us that there had been a medical emergency in the room that hadn't been dealt with properly so the staff 'left'. We believe the child in question was ok but they never returned either. The fact this was kept from us for so long, alongside consistently having to ask them to make sure there was soap in the toilets for staff to wash hands, fixing things in the room that were obvious hazards etc, just meant it was super easy for us to leave. And our new nursery is amazing. I wish we had gone there first and avoided this place. I know some folk have had great experiences, I would just implore you to approach with caution."

"This place was an amazing start for our new born little boy. The staff were so friendly and engaging. He was here until he was almost 2 and we only left as we were moving country. We hope to find someone as good as this in the future."
