"I couldn't fault the Nursery. The staff in the baby room have helped my daughter settle into nursery. During her settling in sessions the staff were attentive, provided me with regular detail of how she was doing throughout the day. Every time I called it was never too much trouble to help the transition back to work, whenever I collect my daughter at the end of the day the baby room staff spend time telling me about the day and the variety of meals on offer and activities my daughter has been involved in. The communication between management and the parents is amazing. I really enjoy the weekly newsletter of what my daughter has been up too. The outdoor area is a huge great space. I love hearing how my daughter has been exploring the garden and the forest area for bugs. I recommend the nursery to friends regularly. It is so reassuring to know my child is getting a great start to her education whilst at nursery."

"I worked here for 6 months and was treated so poorly and awfully. I hadn't even had a dbs check (am completely clear) but from get go after my trial was thrown into a hostole environment full of 17-25 year olds where a lot of work place bullying goes on behind the scenes. Throwing up and still not allowed to go home. Amazing children but i would not leave my child here. Irresponsible atmosphere talking about things on work floor and awful managers who see you are mentally suffering and laugh at you when they think you aren't aware. A bad atmosphere, high staff turnover and not a correct environment in my opinion I would want my child left in. Cannot help but think it's because of my orientation. Thoroughly disappointed people can treat others this badly. Worked so hard with so much love but treated absolutely horrifically by direct managers of Little Monkeys. A huge bad memory"

"As the Nursery Manager here at Little Monkeys Windsor Park I can honestly say that this nursery is great. Here at Little Monkeys Windsor Park the staff are fantastic at creating bonds with children and their families which has really helped children and families settle in to Little Monkeys Windsor Park. The team here at Little Monkeys Windsor Park provide outstanding practice and activities to support children's interests and support their individual development. We have a large outdoor space which has a forest area, wooden planters where the children can plant their own flowers, fruit, herbs and vegetables, a mud kitchen to support early maths and literacy development and their imagination skills. "Too much staff turnover. No continuity for kids. (My kid is in pre-school at little monkeys). Update: the stuff turnover continues. All the teachers are new in my kids room and second year in a raw they have increased the price above inflation."

"I visited this nursery met with the manager and wanted my son to start, I have asked her three times to give me a registration form. From meeting face to face she said she will email me forms rather than handing it over. I rang the next day and said politely I am still waiting, again she did not send it, I rang again still nothing. All together three times I have asked for over four days so I could place my son into the nursery. It felt like I was deliberately ignored...i am black and my wife is asian, I only hope this had nothing to do with it but I have wondered why upon asking over three times I have been totally avoided. This nursery is white oriented and we now feel completely isolated and unwanted wondering why us. Till today no one has rang and tried to correct their mistakes or sincerely apologise, absolutely appalled."
