Fish Bar

"Our family came to London for 5 days and stumbled across The Fish Bar. I can’t say enough great things about this little shop. We tried some fish and chicken the first night in town and really enjoyed it. I must comment on the atmosphere, such great vibes! They are such cool guys we went back everyday. I have to say, the chicken Shish were EXCELLENT!! The staff were so friendly, and talkative. They remembered us when we returned and would wave and smile every time we passed by. I would highly recommend this place whether your a local or a tourist. Thank you to the entire Fish Bar staff, you really know how to make us Americans feel welcome! When we return to UK, we will be back!!"

"Best chicken shish in South London. Used to visit weekly, then moved too far unfortunately. This was my first time back in 5years, and the food and the service is just as amazing as I remembered."

"This place is bad vibes and so negative honestly, the disappointing thing is this is the best fish and chip shop in the area but it's let down by the rude staff. I hadn't visited this place for 1 year because everytime I order something I get treated like badly, the staff act like I'm a problem and make me feel uncomfortable with placing an order with them, no manners either like please or thank you. Nothing has changed in a year the service is still the same and it wasn't busy in the shop either. I've noticed that they're still very selective on who they're nice to. The food is still good BTW, you can decide for yourself if you want to give your money to people who are rude to you."

"So not happy!!! Went here after a long day travelling to pick up some chips for my daughter on the way home the chips cost £2.50 and was such a small portion it was unbelievable. My daughter is 2yrs old she ate all the chips and was still hungry. I used to love this place but its gone so far downhill the chips weren't even cooked properly. I would've given it minus stars if I could. Won't be going there again as its awful value for money there's plenty of other chip shops in the area."
