"I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get value from their money. The staff are incompetent and rude. They are not organised in any way and they do not fulfil the job expected. I booked this appointment after being informed it was an hour session with an assessment and treatment. I feel defrauded of money as the appointment only lasted 30 mins due to a receptionist mix up and then was still charged £50 for the session. Completely unacceptable. The directors are the staff and to be quite honest the one I have spoken with is very rude. You’re better off going somewhere else and getting the job done properly."
