Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill

"A wonderful birthday lunch at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill. The entrance to the restaurant was a bit confusing. We thought the entrance with these amazing flowers was just for the other restaurant not for both so we ended up walking through the hotel to enter. That would be my only small suggestion to have a larger sign outside the main entrance for the Bar & Grill, as well. Otherwise, we had a great experience! Our waiter, Benito was incredible. He made the lunch a much better experience than we were planning on. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing -- so delicious! The filet was perfectly prepared. The bone marrow mash was great, too. I'd definitely visit again ONLY when Benito was working :)"

"The first floor was split into 2 sides, lucky cat and this grill by Gordon Ramsay. Lucky cat didn’t allow us to seat for whatever reason but the grill was very welcoming . I and my friend ordered 2 starters and 2 mains, they were outstanding , one of the best steaks I had in london , healthy portion too . Sorry about the blurry photo for the steak. Do not forget to order their fries they use a strange brand I haven’t heard off but no doubt the best potatoes I ever had"

"We visited for my husband birthday, the entrance of the building is shared with the lucky cat restaurant that has a much dramatic style so when we entered the Bar and Grill it felt a bit too ordinary for a birthday. There were a couple of people with bags/suitcases which made it obvious the restaurant is connected to the upstairs hotel. that meant the type of people were mostly travellers (nothing wrong with it but the overall experience felt not as premium and experience as we hoped for a celebration). The meat was lovely, the service attentive and wine selection really good. that said I would have not picked this particular restaurant for a date or a special occasion."

"Food was great. I had a steak and it was one of the better done ones in my memory. The restaurant deco was a bit on the darker side. Gives a bit of relaxing and chill vibe. Service could have been a bit better or warm. No complains, but neither was it memorable."

"We visited the restaurant for my husband's birthday. The restaurant was quiet but the staff were exceptional. Drinks were ordered and brought to our table within minutes. The staff took time to talk with us and made us feel welcome. They even arranged a birthday plate without it being requested. We had visited the restaurant 9 years ago and I'm pleased to say the service and standard of food is just as good if not better than it was back then."
