"Doctor Ogden responded quickly to my initial email enquiry, offered me several appointment times and I was able to see him within a few days. He was very thorough, took his time and prescribed me an ointment which is normally only prescribed by consultants. He also referred me to an NHS consultant for one of my symptoms and the appointment has been made for only 10 days later; he had advised me that it would probably be about two weeks. Finally, a comprehensive email of the diagnoses and treatment was sent to me by email the same day, which has proved very useful to inform my NHS practice of the state of play.
