"Romford Therapie - I paid for 10 sessions full body and face. I'm Asian with light brown skin. I feel like even after the 10 session I still get hair but it's thin. It was most effective lower arm, lower leg, under arm & bikini. I wasted money doing the laser on my face which I'm disappointed with to be fair and I've mentioned so many times during my sessions that I don't see the difference and the manager said to me if I'm seeing some reduction then it's fine but doing this review after 10 sessions and after 6weeks I still see no improvement on my skin. Ideally the lady who did my consultation at the start should have said it's fine hair and that she doubts there would be any hair reduction because the laser doesn't catch fine hair. If this was mentioned at the start then possibly I would've reconsidered my laser plan. However I can't fault the therapist Diema she is lovely, very supportive and informative. She made my sessions comfortable and friendly and i will only go back there if she does my appointments. The was another issue where on my appointment the therapist changed due to diemas promotion and the admin didn't let me know and expected me to be comfortable doing a full body with a new person! At the time I only had 2 sessions left. Diema kindly stepped forward and done my last two sessions. Overall I'm not happy with the result on face so disappointed despite mentioning so many times. I didn't get a call after my 10th sessions 6 weeks later to see the results etc n I believe I was told they would call and check. I didn't have time to chase this up as I am a full time worker (they're aware of this hence the evening appointments & weekends) I wouldn't recommend this laser to anyone who has fine dark hair, not worth it. It's only worth it in areas like bikini underarm etc. Shaz"

"The entire experience going into the clinic was exceptional from start to finish. The staff on the reception desk were so friendly and welcoming and got me seated straight away. Then Naomi came to do my consultation and she was so brilliant she explained everything in so much detail and was so good at answering my questions. She also spent a lot of time patiently completing the sign up for me which was really appreciated. She was so friendly and I really felt at ease with her which is really reassuring when you feel nervous about going in. A real gem! Such a great team"
