"9 calls to them in 8 days. Waited between over 40mins - 1hr 45mins for each of the calls. No answer to any of them! This is disgraceful and shocking service!! They towed my car unnecessarily from my private drive. Did not leave any paperwork or let me know it had been taken. Now they're fussing about the payment they offered. Now offering £800 less than the amount we agreed too! WHAT IS GOING ON MARKERSTUDY? YOUR REVIEWS ARE DAMNING."

"I would give them zero if I could. I had an accident 11 months months ago and they have only just bothered to chase my police report, contact my witness and look at really settling my claim . They have lost documents, denied information has been sent and not read reports. They have registered my vehicle as written off structurally after agreeing that it wasn’t and they have sent documents to previous addresses that have been changed eight months prior. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with."

"Absolutely useless, underwriter of my insurance, After a week my case got refered to my underwriters (markerstudy) to be continues, every since then 0 updates from them and had to call each time, 2 of which ended in me being on hold for 30 minutes then them disconnecting the call. Was told multiple times they were waiting on a response from the 3rd party who hit me, Decided to skip the insruance and call 3rd party directly who shared all thier correspondance with me with dates and time stamps of what they've told my insurers. 10 minute phone call and the 3rd party is taking care of all the repairs, courtesy car and no exess free of charge as they are liable. I accomplished this in 10 minutes as a first accident after 12 years what two insurance companies did not in my case. Not sure what is going on here other than absolutely nothing. Do not sign any insurance that lists this company or them as an underwriter. Check the fine print."

"Do not use this company!! I was paying 215 a month which is A lot! Someone came over on me and crashed right into the side they admitted liability straight away. They have made me pay my excess for no apparent reason. They under estaimated me for my car value loads!! I asked to buy my car back of them as it was only a few scratches yet they classed it as a cat s. My car was then scrapped or sold when I kept telling them I wanted the car back, even spoke to an engineer about how much it would cost me to buy the car back! I couldn't get my child to school due to needing a car to get there as the third company hired company had to take it back. Markerstudy was still going through the complaint and kept prolonging it. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IT IS A SCAM, also thieves in my eyes."

"Please don’t insure your car with these. Currently going through a claim and unfortunately the guy who crashed in with me is also with this useless company. I got a settlement offer before any repairs or any liability from third party not sure how that works but anyway I was told my excess was being waved and I could get my car repaired. Happy days right? That’s what I’m paying £1200 a year for..... wrong they have now put my car into the garage approved the repairs and now when the invoice has been sent to pay they are refusing to pay up because I haven’t paid my excess!!! So now unless I cough up £1050 today they keep my car until it’s settled and take back the hire car I have leaving me without a car. Feel like I’ve had my car stolen from me by my own insurance company I will be reporting to trading standards as something needs to be done about this company"
