"The customer care and our experience of Roper Rhodes shower equipment is extremely poor. We bought two Henley showers with secondary hand held shower attachments. Unfortunately when the secondary shower is turned on the water pressure lifts the shower head out of its holder as the design is poor. We have been in long discussions with Roper Rhodes with no resolution, apology or recompense. Our only solution now is to permanently tie them into the holder with wire."
