"The bouquets are beautiful but the person who has delivered to my flat twice has been rude and neglectful. I have no idea these flowers are arriving as they have been gifts, so to ring the wrong flat twice and leave them in the hallway without a word twice has been disappointing. The lady who delivered them the first time was so rude to me and treated me like I didn’t matter all because she messed up and was probably embarrassed. Completely terrible customer service. You are supposed to feel special when you receive flowers, not invisible."
