"Young Manager lad needs taking down a peg or 2 before one of the customersdoes it for him, obviously went to the school of no customer service. I have never been so badly served in my life, the guy told me I was arguing with him 3 times where in fact he was getting all flustered because I told him his price was too low. £100 for an item that was boxed/brand new (unwanted Christmas gift)and is worth 4 times that, is too low.
