"On New Year's Eve 2014, I hurriedly shopped in your Cumbernauld store, and then rushed off to do some last minute shopping I was in the nearby Tesco when I was shocked to find out I'd lost my wallet, with all the money I had for my Hogmanay celebrations ---- aaargh! I quickly retraced my route, already resigned to the fact that my wallet was gone, and arrived at your store to find it closed - but as I looked through the window I was stunned to see my wallet, still sitting on the counter where I'd left it I knocked on the door and the shop's manageress, Yvonne ( I think ?), opened the door and handed it to me with a big smile I could've kissed her!! As I was in a helluva rush, and the store was closed, i never fully expressed my thanx at that time It took a week or so before I managed to get back in and thank her properly, and she initially refused the box of chocolates and card I gave her, and was so abashed and so nice about not needing thanx Once more, thanx Yvonne - you stopped what would've been a horrible start to the New Year x Stu"
