"I’ve been to this post office a few times and honestly the woman with the blonde hair serving is so so so rude and hostile. Been countless times and been told that the post office is shut or the system is down etc during opening hours, which is fine but the woman is so rude. Better off going to the post office in netherton which is where I go now, much friendlier."

"Just a few days before Christmas and went in to use Post Office just looking to buy a stamp for a card and rude female had a sign up to say she wasn’t serving because she was catching up. Did her best to ignore me but when I asked how long she would be said at least half an hour. For goodness sakes it’s the middle of the afternoon with just 5 days to go. Anyway I had to leave without my stamp and walk to the next nearest post office! This is what happens when you close dedicated post offices and reopen in shops with poorly trained and incompetent staff."
