"The actual cleaning was ok (a few bumps in the road as new cleaners to a large house full of things) but I’m giving the company a 1 star rating due to the terrible customer service. After the last (5th) clean - and I had mentioned to Monika that the cleaners had not hoovered or dusted everywhere as I could still see visible dirt in areas they missed - at first she avoided my call request and only text back and then simply told me they won’t be coming back and has ignored me. I was polite, friendly and had been wanting to discuss whether they needed longer, or also whether there was the chance of keeping it to the same cleaners each week for consistency. I had just had major surgery and will be unable to clean my house for many weeks, which she knew. I have gone back through my texts and can only assume that she had been having trouble with her cleaners, and rather than be honest with me, she decided to make out that her cleaners did not feel able to meet my expectations. Very unprofessional. She came physically to see the space before our contract and herself suggested 3 hours (which other cleaners have done a good job in previously). She had promised the same cleaners at the same time each week (a reasonable expectation) but herself had come with one of her cleaners for week 1 and 2. For week 3 she claimed someone had torn a tendon and was sending me someone else on a different day and time. For week 4 another change because the cleaner’s daughter had chickenpox. For the 5th and final week another change, back to the two women who had once cleaned as apparently the torn a tendon was ‘not as serious as it would seem and she can clean’. At each change I was flexible and easy. I look back on all the disruption for 5 weeks and realise I was naive. Do not use this company; the owner Monika is dishonest and untrustworthy."
