"L.E.: That answer... that you cannot ID me. Really!? Once a truly great company, now just a shadow of itself and a shame. At 14:39 on a Friday their offices are closed. At least that's their automatic answering system is saying. The app installed is a pain: it slows down or altogether freezes my phone (I also missed calls because of it); it keeps on losing permissions already granted a zillion times. Because it looks like I did not grant those, I got a much bigger quote. After two years. It's bigger even than the very first one, when I'd started from ground zero (no NCB, no nothing). Months ago, you'd easily speak to an actually human being there, now you struggle for hours on wait even with the chat. I strongly do not recommend."
"Anyone having trouble with this company keep in mind that they are aware that their top-up insurance product will not work with the majority of car insurers in the UK. They will sell the insurance to you anyway. If they've sold you this insurance even though they were aware that you could not use it you need to take action. I'll be submitting my claim on Monday"
"They give a case number under each comment. and they want you to send an e-mail with this number. something they do purely to gain time and distraction. there is no solution. Totally dishonest establishment. 12 days ago someone tried to steal my motorcycle. It failed, but it did great damage. I called zego because I have full insurance. They came and got the bike right away. Since then I have not received any information. I earn money by motorcycle and my minimum loss is 1200 pounds. They insure thousands of motorcycles. but the attendant on the phone says they don't have engineers for the motorcycle. The damage, both material and moral, is enormous. My financial loss is huge and believe me I will do my best to get people to cancel their insurance policies. Yes, I went bankrupt with 2000 pounds. But soon you will be in the same situation."
"I’m going to make this simple. Management please find a way so your customers can contact swiftly. Just try and keep your current customers happy and your new ones too. If you have stopped your call support which is a matter I wouldn’t like to talk about. Concentrate on your app so your riders can select the services required. If the issues continues me personally will push it further to relegation standards."
"Would give 0 stars if possible, hands down one of the worst insurance companies I’ve dealt with. Not only will they charge you for hours in which you don’t work, they will also increase your premiums you pay per hour whenever they feel like it. My premium increased conveniently only 2 hours after making my first complaint. Am always having to wait on hold too seems impossible to get through to life agents unless you’re willing to wait at least 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere, also they charge a fortune anyway."
