"Been with them for a few years and was helpful when I had to change address and paying method"
"Had to cancel due to financial difficulties and explained but the advisor was rude and not accepting that I cannot carry on and needed to cancel. Which I was told when taking out I can cancel at any time. After finally accepting that I need to cancel I was told I have to make 2 payments of 50 pounds to cancel which I am not happy about as I wasn't told this in the beginning. Only had the insurance running for about 3 weeks. N had already made a first month's payment. Would not recommend at all."
"Do not use this company They collect random payments by DD then when questioned they cannot give me a valid answer as to why , not even the broker can explain I dread the day I ever changed from legal and general When you have a company collecting payments via DD snd they cannot exposing why then clearly we have a problem"
