"As a service they're okay. However I tried to create an online portal a few months ago for my policy so that I could get a quote online for a change in vehicle. However because my policy was to old (started it in february) I couldn't have one. I asked if there was a way to change it so that I could get an online portal but the answer was no. If there was a way I could have an online portal I would probably give a 4 star."

"Motorcade is the most useless company I've ever dealt with. They are very rude and unwilling to make any effort. I regularly have to wait 30 minutes or more on hold just to get through to someone. When i finally get through to someone they barely listen to what I'm telling them. They just want to get off the phone. The service isn't any better neither if you go to the office in person. AVOID if possible."
