"Really doesn't even deserve 1 star. Cancelled my insurance policy because of a 1 day late payment of almost £30. No call to let me know or anything. I would not recommend Close Brothers Premium Finance at all! Save yourself the hassel and go with another insurance provider. Absolutely trash!"

"Should be ashamed, taking the money of the wrong bank account, then applying a fee which is almost as big as the actual payment, under the trading standards and consumer rights this is unfair! Failing to notify the consumer of missed payment, and applying the charge is not right! Telephone customer service is shocking, rude "assistant" named Abrsede, that could barely speak English, found almost impossible to understand what he was saying. Will encourage all my family and friends to leave this provider including myself and go elsewhere for good!"
"Tried to call this business over 120 times to make a payment. Website. Emails advise opens at 8:30 am to 6 pm. Never able to get hold of anybody. Customer care ? Clearly this company do not care. Will never use this company again."
"The aftersales communication ain't great, but if you can get through, it helps a lot, cos that's all consumers want, someone to talk to about their problems. I'll update this review next week, after I've calmed down, got my car back, and had my frustrations removed... if that happens of course!"
