"Disgraceful, increase premium of over 30% with no change in circumstance, vehicle or offences. Direct Debit was taken five days early as the policy auto-renewed which I would never had agreed to. When contacted customer services, the reply was "attached is your credit agreement showing the DD date" ! Surely, an agreement needs two or more parties or persons to "agree" I certainly did not "agree"to be ripped off !!!"

"Very poor customer service. you will need to wait for 2-3 days for a reply via email. or wait 30+ minutes each time over the phone if you are calling them. Very expensesive and doesn't offer multi car insurance. so i have to cancel with them and they won't offer any refund 2 days after the 14 day calm down period. £400 gone with them, just for two weeks ... Would not recommend this company at all."

"Insured with them and sent proof of no claims twice when asked. They said I hadn't and cancelled cover and literally told me to find over cover from elsewhere. They now say they have found my no claims proof after I complained. This cost me a lot of time and money finding another insurer straight away. Still waiting for a refund as I changed insurer."
