"Buyers beware. This company is a complete fraud and will find any and every loop hole to avoid paying a claim. Customer Service is horrible and slow. I had a car stolen from in front of my flat and had videos clearly showing the theft in the middle of the night. The claim adjuster rejected the claim because "the mirrors" weren't folded in which suggested to them the car was not locked. What they failed to recognize is the mirrors on my vehicle can be configured to not fold in automatically. I just contracted with a solicitor and will fight this all the way, but I hope this review helps you consider other options before contracting with these sharks. I honestly feel violated twice - one with the stolen car and then with how Sabre treated me."

"Seen a lot of bad reviews online which had me initially concerned when I found out Sabre was dealing with a fault claim I was involved with on the 31st October. I am please to say however, both my claims handler Alistair and the customer service team as a whole were all top class and kept me informed whenever I called them throughout the process. I have now had my vehicle assessed and have been paid out directly all within 15 days of the initial claim report. Very impressed, thank you all for your efficiency."

"Do not ever use this company! They are a bunch of useless people I don’t understand how they have been dealing with insurance for “30 years” if I was the CEO I would be embarrassed. All I want to do is cancel my insurance because I don’t have a vehicle anymore and it seems impossible to speak to anyone and when I do speak to somone then they say “let me put you through to the relevant department” and proceed to put me through the same answer phone! I’ve had enough I’ve spent a total of 4th between yesterday and today trying to talk to someone!!"

"Was no fault claim, this company would like to fool you with promises. I would strongly recommend to use a legal firm rather than dealing with these clowns directly. No replies to the emails, claim handler would ignore your call everyone I verify my details, so called third party innovation group is yet another joke of a company, nightmare dealing with them. Regret not using legal services/firm dealing with these clowns."
