"The Long Ashton Village Shop is run by 2 very miserable people! If it wasn't for the cheery fellow in the post office part, I probably wouldn't go in there. The woman is always rude, she doesn't speak at all whilst serving you sometimes, never says please or thank you when she does speak either, I have to say it's very sad!"

"I took a large envelope to be redirected first class to my son as it needed to be with him in a week or so. I was sent to the shop counter rather than the post office counter, presumably because it was a straightforward request. I was charged for the stamps and the item was put into the post office delivery sack by the staff but it wasnt weighed. ONE MONTH later he was asked to pay excess postage for the envelope. In the meantime he had to arrange for a new set of documents to be sent to him. Rubbish service. I took the item to the post office to make sure it was sent properly stamped etc. I will not be going there again."
