"I went here before Xmas and vowed never to go back purely because they obviously speak bad about you in their own language right in front of you. I didn't understand but could tell. I am leaving a review now as several months later the acrylic is Still on my nails like it's cemented! The lady cut me several times and left residue under my nails. Then had the cheek to complain that I was not 'relaxed' enough. I asked for a discount and they all started laughing and talking in their language, mentioning the word discount several times. Don't go here. Ever!"

"I had gone there mid Nov, and had gone back recently. Should have left a review in Nov. When I was getting my nails done, I had showed the man what I wanted. I could see the way he looked and showed his Co worker the nails I wanted and she did a smirk. I told him it didn't need to be same but similar. He was kind with the colour as they didn't have the match for it and he took his time. But the experience overall was terrible. During the process he was on the phone for 20-30mins I was annoyed and should have left or asked for another nail artist to do my nails but remained and waited. When he was doing my cuticles it was so painful, I've had my nails done before but the drilling part was never painful and this one was! Although I liked the end part but I wouldn't come here again unless I'm in the area and feel the need to do my nails without bookings."

"I went in for a microblading sessoion with Tahira the eyebrow lady. She recommended the nanoblading and said she can achieve the eyebrows I wanted. While she was shaping my eyebrows I suggested a few adjustment but she refused to make those changes. I decided to go ahead with the shape and paid £350. A few days later the drawn in hairs have started to faid and the eyebrows were not what I wanted. they dont match, the colour is way off and the hair strands are thick and bulky. I wasn't satisfied with the work, so I went back to Tahira and I explained that I didnt like anything about my eyebrows and she refused to understand. Doesn't want to provide a refund or even part of it, for the horrible job she has done. Definitely not qualified, don.t go there west."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I specifically went to this place because they close at 7pm so it was easier for me to do my nails during the working week. I was approached by an elderly man who did my pedicure and it was lovely however, while he was doing my nails he asked if I had been here before (to which I said no) then he told me the price (£33) this was very odd as this price was not stated on their leaflet. Following my pedi a younger man was instructed to do my finger nails. At first sight I did not know who to approach because he was too busy on his laptop and did not utter a word. He began doing my nails and cut my nails so low that it was impossible for me to go for the natural gel look which was what I was going for. He did not apologises after he noticed he had done it wrong which was another red flag amongst many. I opted to do extensions now to which he proceeded with. He was very fast and unsafe cutting me a number of times with no apology and continued to blame me. I was extremely annoyed and upset to the point another customer had to come over to comfort me (she was having a go at the elderly man about the price later on). The younger man was extremely rude and had the audacity to hand me a loyalty card thinking I would ever come back. I left the shop very upset and bleeding because of the way he handled me. Absolutely disgusting!"
