"Was very abrupt, only rang to ask if they were open on Sunday, like the google information suggests. didn't get a chance to finish my sentence before I was stopped mid track. Turns out they haven't updated the web information and they are not open on Sundays like it says. Gret place to easily pick up Wish items, NOT!!"
"I came here to get two miniatures for an advent calendar, they were very helpful and patient with me as I tried to find very specifically sized miniatures when they had a queue of other customers, thank you!"
"Man working in the store shouted at me after I asked if I could see my package before I signed for it (all he had to do was hold it up) I've had trouble with receiving the wrong thing before and wanted to just see the packaging just to make sure it was correct. He had already seen my ID and scanned the barcode but this was too much to ask! The shopkeeper became very rude and impatient telling me to 'just sign for itand you'll have your package. Sign it. Just sign it!' I told him to calm down but he wouldn't he told me to leave. As I left, I let him know he was rude and his customer service was ridiculous. He then came out of the shop (when I had got it o my car) and shouted in the street for me to not come back to his shop or have my packages sent there. He then pointed to his eyes and at me through the shop window which I found to be very threatening behaviour. I left feeling appaled and scared of this man and hope I neve have to return to Cotswold vinters again. I have reported this incident to the dpd."
"Nice to find a good range of wines right in the town center. very friendly staff."
