"Went today to take my girls who are 5 and 6 to have a mini manicure and pedicure. They’ve been before to another Salon where they just put their feet in the water and had their foot massaged and toes done, not the average pedicure. ( they were charged £15 each at another place ) We waited 30 mins as it was busy, then we were called over to the pedicure area. One man was rushing them both, put one of my girls feet in the water, they loved it took a few pictures, he rubbed some scrub on their feet only and rush painted them, one of the girls only had 2 mins of her feet in and their hands were painted whilst they lay them on their lap instead of at a chair, all of this would have been tolerated had they not charged me £56 for them both. I argued the price with the woman who said that’s the price end of. I was so shocked and if I’d of know the price I wouldn’t have gone there, and if they actually had 5* treatment then I wouldn’t have minded paying the extortionate price. And it’s 9pm- they had them painted at 11.30 am and ALL of the paint has just SLID off in one, no chips, no staying, hands and feet GONE. So I’ve paid £56 for NOTHING. I usually go across the road to the alternative Salon however they were busy. I will never be returning. I want a refund!"

"myself and my friend went to go get our nails done (acrylics) at five star nails, we were in their for a total of 3 hours just for a french tip and left sat there unattended for a good 40 minutes whilst our nails being half done, at first it was fine but then after a while became very rushed and my white french tip is now wonky and not the standard i expected. My friend has now got cuts on her cuticle line which could possibly get infected because the staff can not file nails properly in a professional manor nor act a professional way when she said that her nails were sore they just chuckled and acted surprised as if they hadn’t done anything therefore meaning they couldn’t handle criticism from a customer. In conclusion myself and my friend will not be returning to this nail salon after the poor satisfaction we received."
