"Today Received extremely very very very bad and unexpected service by olie and Steven. Steven pretended to be a store manager when I needed to speak to store manager about Olie’s very bad behaviour with me. Steven couldn’t control himself so he used very bad language and he abused me in front of their store manager Sebastian. They both used bad language in front of their store manager Sebention to me. It was lucky my 5 years old child was not with me to hear those bad language. I don’t understand why the store manager still keeps those bad stuffs ."

"I like here, I always come here to buy food and send parcels. It opens at 7 and closes 23 so I didn’t have to worry about when would it be open or not. It has become my memories during my studying at Bath. Very nice staff and they are professional."

"Ignore the other reviews. I've always had a really good experience when I've been into this Coop, it has been organised, clean and the staff have always been very willing to help me. Recently a member of staff, Ben (I believe), went above and beyond to help me out as I had an issue with something regarding the Hermes drop-off point. He kindly assisted me in any way he could, and saved me a lot of hassle. Overall - the 50 or so times I've been in this store: I've never had an issue. Perhaps a longer, more contextualised review from the 4, 3, 2 and 1 star reviewers might help convince me to think anything different from what I do. I don't feel they're justified. Don't be put off."

"Decent store... Clean inside Nice bakery items on offer Staff were pleasant and friendly The shop is convenient for locals and tourists and those passing through especially by boat. Prices in store are good. Only downside is parking is limited"
