"This review is for the cafe only, the rest of the store is absolutely fine. This is the second time we have visited the cafe here and both times we have been ignored for minutes whilst waiting to be served. I understand the person by the counter is busy serving tables, but to not be acknowledged both times is just rude. (the 1st visit there were two people) This time we put our paninis back in the fridge and walked out, we won't be back to the cafe for a 3rd episode, happy to shop in the rest of the store, but I think some basic customer service training is needed in the cafe."

"Sooooo far away. Many choices and really fresh vegetables. I love the small packaged snacks here. The bagels are below average and I hate the nutmeg above the egg custard tarts"

"I came to the cafe and ordered a latte and toastie and then I sat down at a table. While I was waiting, the person at the counter was taking trays of orders to other customers while they were seated. A few moments later, I heard her calling my order out to go and pick it up and take to the table myself!! I walk with a walking stick and only have two hands! What criteria is used here to decide who gets the order brought to the table and who has to get up and get it?! This is the last time I snack or even shop here!"

"Always have plenty of stock when we pop down and helpful, pleasant staff. Cribbs is always really busy and their dining in/promotional items always seem to sell out quickly. And their £10 chunks of steak..... yet to be disappointed, absolutely delicious."

"A great M & S foodhall. Always have everything I need. The staff are friendly, but at times there is a bit of wait if you have a problem in the self checkout. Fresh bakery items every day. There is a click and collect desk, which is handy. There is a cafe too, it is small, with not many seats, but it never gets too busy. Really friendly and nice staff, can't complain."
