"Went to this shop to drop off a Hermes parcel. Things got off to a bad start when I fell over the boxes on the floor. You could argue I should have seen them as did the staff and customer, but sadly my eyesight is pretty poor. I tried to print off the return label in the shop but the machine wasn't working. The gentleman who works there said the machine wasn't to do with their shop and told me to go elsewhere. Eventually after visiting another two shops offering Hermes I found one in Pollard's Hill which was working. All in all a pretty bad experience."
