"Affordable service, as long as you are prepared to wait for a collection and delivery slot! We always ensure our items are very well packaged and therefore have not yet suffered any damage to our goods. After sales service leaves a lot to be desired. Having now read other customer reviews, I will probably go elsewhere in future."

"booked 2 deliveries, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so i asked to cancel and refund my money. they said the refund would be 5-7 days, 3 weeks later im still waiting. Emailed them every 2 days chasing. same response every time, just saying will be with you shortly. will have to go through paypal to sort."

"Parcel was supposed to be collected on 12th Aug but wasn’t made until several days later. Delivery supposed to be made on 22nd Aug, but instead was scheduled for 8 days later when I wasn’t available to receive it (something they were informed about in advance). Tried to reschedule but STILL (3 weeks later 20th Sep) have not received the delivery. I have had the same reply from Customer Service every time I have followed up, that “delivery hasn’t been scheduled yet” and they refuse to give any more information. I struggle to believe it takes this long to organise a van to drive to an address. This company are a total shambles, avoid at all cost regardless if this seems to be the best value option."

"The Xpert Delivery collection of a large armchair from the South West and delivery to East Anglia was faultless(booked through their website). When we couldn’t do the first collection date offered by text/email we were given an alternative promptly. We didn’t pay until we accepted the collection date and time. Communication from the drivers at both ends was timely and clear, their approach helpful and professional.. The chair arrived safely, with care and the outer protection unmarked. A very good experience."

"AVOID - Arranged to collect a sofa Thursday between 15:55 and 18:55 - the next morning changed to 17:10 - 20:10 and I must be in ! (their exclamation mark not mine) - waited in no sign of them, no contact. Then said they came and the shop was shut (lies - we aren't a shop). Rearranged for today (Saturday) - between 12:10 and 15:10. At 10:52 received a message that the driver would be there in 22 minutes (yes 50 minutes early!) As we weren't in pleaded with the driver to wait the 8 mins it would take us to get back after he got there and he wouldn't - absolute shambles of a service - still shaking with anger that he wouldn't wait - his reason he wouldn't wait was that he was self-employed and I even offered him £10- to stay (not a bad hourly rate for 8 minutes!) ! AVOID AVOID AVOID"
