"Arrived to deliver parcel in good time before the shop closing - instead of taking the parcel which I walked 2 miles to deliver given they are the only local Hermes service shop, they insisted that I come back tomorrow and drop it off then despite there being plenty of time before their closing time. Very rude, entitled and hostile attitude."
"They say the store closes at 7pm but when I got there at 6pm it was already closed, they made me walk with a heavy package for more than 30 minutes just to carry it back home, please be more respectful with others people time"
