"Booked man + van and paid extra for a specific pick-up slot. Had no communication from them on the day of pick-up, had to chase them myself for any updates on arrival times. They were hours late and the driver overcharged me claiming that I hadn’t described my items correctly. Customer service stopped responding after I asked them why driver overcharged me, driver didn’t assume any responsibility because apparently he didn’t work for the company but was hired by the company and due to them being so late I had no other choice but to use the service. Would not recommend if you want reliable service."

"Probably the most untrustworthy, shady, downright dubious and rough people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Loadx themselves have certain levels of integrity. But if they assign your car being delivered by any of the two people called Erkin Elibol or Aries Osagie, CANCEL it immediately. Aries Osagie I've reported to the police for tampering with my engine and stealing engine parts. Please do not allow these two characters anywhere near your car. UPDATE. The response from Loadx you see below is pure fabrication. Loadx did absolutely nothing to assist with the process. They first informed me that tracking information on the lorry would be provided to show or not show that my vehicle was taken somewhere and had parts stolen from it. Then they changed their tact and told me that they couldn't do this and that effectively, they were washing their hands of the responsibility as the lorry driver was a third party provider. This despite the fact that the job was booked through loadx and the driver assigned by loadx personnel. I actually cannot believe they've responded saying they dealt with the issue the best way they could. Utter nonsense and pure fabrication. I ended up having to contact my bank to stop payment to the lowlife driver, because both he and loadx knew he had tampered with my vehicle."

"I had the most appalling experience with this company. paid a deposit to have two men come between a specific 4 hour slot on a Sunday to pick up a piece of furniture and drive to another address. Noone contacted me to confirm. When I eventually spoke to someone they were only 1 person and said they couldn;t come till Tuesday. Then then said they could do it on the Sunday but would just be one person but it would be late evening. They never showed up to collect the piece and promptly turned their phone off. When I rang to complain the next day. Noone apologised they said they would ring me back and didn't so when I rang again to find out what was happening. Again no apology and they said they would ring in my two hours. Bad bad customer service and no delivery of furniture. All around annoying experience. Would never use again and will tell everyone I know not to use them."

"I was extremely disappointed with this company - They asked me to pay more for a few more boxes, eventhough I was upfront about the realities of packing. - They then called me the day before the booking to state what time they were coming, and then the next day promptly forgot this - The movers who came were not experienced and actually made myself and my family carry the boxes up - The movers then asked for more money on top of the agreed payment, although I was very clear that this was a flat Do not go with this company if you want reliability, movers not asking you for additional money on top, and if you do not have the psychic ability to know the exact quantities of what you estimate your packing to be. I went through the complaints process and got a promise for a shameful 10% in the future - for a company I will not be using"

"First time used their car transportation service and left satisfied. Very simple booking process and after all was booked I have received call from the driver who was taking the job and agreed on everything and he even offered me delivery one day earlier than I booked so it was a nice bonus. If I will have I will use them again."
