"Never have any staffed checkouts open, only self service. This is fine for a little shop but the machines are pretty temperamental and there's usually only one poor member of staff in sight to deal with every red light. Obviously very understaffed, if you can't keep the shop open with enough people working then don't open it!"
"Terrible customer service. I had the lady at the till shout at me because i did not realise there was a limit on buying milk. I was not told in a respectful manner and as i proceeded to ask her to stop shouting at me she started shouting even more complaining and taking my food out of the trolley and told me she would not serve me. I'm a Doctor who worked a nightshift and i already have a lot on my plate. ALDI SORT OUT YOUR STAFF! I wish i could give it no stars."
