"I made a mistake on a order and released with in seconds so cancelled the order and I had no notification saying even that the restaurant had even excepted my order. So reordered from the same restaurant but got charged for both orders and Just eats said they would not refund cancelled orders as the restaurant had started to prepare my order. This was a total lie. Stay away from this money crabbing company as it ok for them to make mistakes but not you. I have been using Just Eat for years and have now cancelled my account..... So unhappy it unbelievable but totally true.."
"If I could give no stars I would. I ordered food from McDonalds on 1st of this month as I had an accident and couldn't stand to cook. The whole order was just a few pence of £20. There was 4 mistakes in this order. I couldn't believe it. I'm not great at tech at 67 but I am sitting here learning as I really want to post this. I did eventually follow all what was as of me when I made the complaint online with the help of my friend. Today I contacted the McDonalds where I ordered from as I hadn't heard anything since they said if I didn't here in 24hrs the case would be closed. Spoke to under manager Shaun in the Dundee unit who couldn't help at all and could only suggest going thorough the online routine again. He blamed the driver! and I thought that was the only good part about this order she was polite and cheery. The did how ever say the would refund me for the missing doughnut, but the food was cool not hot, the doughnut missing as was the dips ( not that you pay for those.) The wrong bill attached to bag the later discovered the drink was wrong as well coke instead of iron bru. One mistake can be over looked but 4 is down right careless and like all who complain on her there is no way of contacting them to actually speak to anyway. This rant won't do anything either but be warned use this company at your own pearl. Ms Thornton I won't be using again and will now delete my account."
"I had issues with my order - never arrived - I tried to contact customer service for a refund what It was impossible. I never had any problem with Uber eats or any other food delivery before. Really disappointed about Just Eat, I would never recommend this delivery to anyone!"
"FOR ALL DRIVERS/RIDERS OUT THERE FEES incorrect. Please check when been assigned for an order as it’s commonly know that once order has been completed the fee is incorrect and lower than the original assigned fee. I have then made contact with their live support to explain and the only excuse it’s a system error and will be updated within 2 hours. However this wasn’t the case and I explained the situation again and another excuse it to send them a email so it will get to the proper department. Having emailed they reponsed to a very lengthy email. And may not reply back as as they are busy… I recommend to take a screen shot when assigned an order and check you fees. If it doesnt match I strongly recommend to complain. The matter in question has occurred to a numerous riders on the just eat platform. All riders work very hard and long hours and if there is commonly know that their excuse is a system error just eat reputation has automatically gone down hill. Just Eat needs to understand the basic rule. In the uk riders have there own community and word of mouth spread ms very quickly. If it’s bad news and having been giving excuse after excuse you will lose your riders for your company. Riders waiting time fees are not accurate too. Seriously needs attention. To be continued…"
"Having no telephone option to make a complaint and request refund and wait days for an email response- an order that arrived freezing cold and was thrown in the bin to be refunded less than £10 of an almost £35 order is disgusting! Not only that you gave me credit to my just eat account not to my payment method! The company has terrible customer services!!!! BEST TO AVOID USING!!"
